I have never had a roach infestation and I’m told they come in on a box or a grocery bag. When I first saw one I had no idea what it was but got a general spray good for roaches ants and other things. I thought that solved it until a few weeks later I’d start to see one here or there. I finally figured out that to my horror it was German roaches. I used roach spray, roach powder, roach hotels. And yes it killed some but not enough. These things breed so fast it’s like a nightmare. Finally I read about this product. It had a lot of good reviews so I tried it and wow! Huge difference. Finally I was making progress. Fewer and fewer adults and lots of dead little ones or some of each stumbling around and easy to kill. Honestly it takes weeks and weeks to get rid of the entire population. If one adult survives they will come back again. But my problem is 99% better and I’m working every day on that other one percent. I followed the directions and I’m switching it off with other products to prevent resistence. I swear by this product. It works where other things fail.

Neighbors moved out and started to noticed them, thought maybe it was from the drains, pour bleach down the drain and covered them. Thought it was handled. Well as time went by I realized I had a major problem. Property management said it’s on the tenant to tend to those things. Pathetic property management anyways.
Tried to bomb the kitchen sealed it off all the options and lastly I found this on tiktok.
Day 1 I placed a small line on a paper towel and left it in the middle of my kitchen. The next day it was like a war zone. They were running around in the light. I must have swept up over 1000+ all different sizes.
Day 2-4 I had now placed a few paper towels with a drop in the corners of the cabinet up top, under the drawers and again one in the middle.
Day4-6 less and less piles of dead and half dead bugs appeared. However I started to noticed them in the living room mainly in the entertainment center area…
I put a small paper in it and the picture shows the results.
It doesn’t take much a little of this goes a long way.

Other items helped, but this finished the job! We had the little German cockroaches, the ones that are impossible to get rid of! Started off with the Raid Bait Traps, which always worked for the large suckers. As soon as I spotted one of the big guys, I would get those and then not see them again. The bait traps definitely did some work on the little guys, but didn’t finish them off.
Next went to the liquid / gel stuff that’s in the clear traps. I don’t think those did anything.
Next moved on to the Raid traps with the egg stoppers. Once again this did some good work. Thought they were gone as I didn’t see any for a while. Then after a few days I started seeing a couple here and there. The numbers were down, but they were still showing up.
I didn’t want to spray, since we have cats, so tried the Advion Gel Bait. Placed beads as instructed in areas the cats couldn’t reach but where I had seen the pests. Did one round and found lots of dead buggers but still a smattering of live ones. So did a second round, same spots. This finished them off. Only dead bodies were found after round 2! I am sure all the steps helped up until using Advion, but I’ll give Advion the credit for finishing the job!

I had just about enough of the outdoor roaches/ palmetto bugs. I’m located in South Carolina and they get BIG here! One or two would find their way into our home every night and we’d find them dead or dying on our floor in the morning since they die in air conditioned spaces. They are big, ugly and disgusting. I decided to go to war with them once and for all. I purchased this gel bait after reading all the positive reviews although not too many reviews on outdoor roaches. I started with a few lines on my upper deck the first night in areas I’ve seen them often. INSTANT ATTRACTION! Within minutes, the bait was covered in giant spawns of satan. The next morning the few spots were totally consumed without a speck left. The second night I used nearly an entire tube in various areas of my upper deck. By morning again, no indication that I ever put any down. Then I noticed some roaches kind of flopping around on the deck during the day which is very uncommon as they are very much nocturnal. Night 3 I put out some more but noticed significantly less roaches. By morning, some spots were not consumed which led me to believe the product was working well. By night 4 NOT A SINGLE ROACH could be found on our upper deck area.
I then moved to our lower deck and patio area where there were what seemed like hundreds crawling around on any given night. Gave us the heeby jeebies when we’d let our dogs out at night before bed. I took the same approach putting it out each night looking for a reduction. SAME EXACT RESULT! The back area is clear of the big roaches as far as I can see. I know they are not completely eliminated but their population has reduced so much so that they are no longer noticeable when we’re out there at night. I’ve used up the 4 included tubes and am ready to purchase again. I’m thinking of a maintenance approach putting out a few lines of bait once every couple weeks spring through fall frost when they are naturally dying off anyway. This should keep these hellians at bay for good now. I honestly feel like I’ve won the war on them and this product is nothing short of amazing. Don’t hesitate in purchasing. 5+ stars!
