Likes:
1) All Black, cant stain this. Dirt wipes or hoses off easily.
2) A sole that grips, I can see why skateboarders love these. I just wanted something that would not slip. It is a gummy rubber bottom, even on wet tile. I am age 60, so slipping becomes a big deal.
3) Light and comfortable day 3, Just a few days to adjust the lacing for me, looser toward the toe made it a perfect fit
4) Not made in China, it was made in Cambodia. I dislike that the CCP is threatening Taiwan and the free world. We vote with our dollars. Sure, US made would be great, but I am just thrilled to avoid the communist at this point.
Dislikes:
1) Branding, its hard to avoid with a great shoe as the are proud, but its not bad and I could take a Sharpie and black it out in a minute.
2) Mine had to ship from the UK to the US, so I had a wait. No biggie.
Summary, Very happy with these in all areas and having had Van’s as a child, was happy to try them again.

Vans seem to always run true to size so buy your normals size in Vans and I’m sure you will be happy with your purchase. Great price too.

He usado desde que compre los zapatos 2 veces. La primera vez fui a la playa y la segunda tuve que caminar en la lluvia la semana pasada y les aparecio en la punta de cada zapato una mancha amarillenta que he tratado de quitarla y no ha sido posible. Requiero devolver este articulo. Es de muy mala calidad ya que no soporto una lluvia normal. Espero sus comentarios y aprobacion de la devolucion.

The lining is really hard and it hurts the back of my foot when i walk. I got a size up and its impossible to walk straight in these. Wouldn’t buy again. The product looks awesome tho lol, sometimes gotta bleed for the drip ya know
