These are nice and soft suede on the front and sides. I wasn’t aware that the backs were canvas until I received them. They have zippers on both the inside and outside of the boot and have a nice sole to them that makes them as comfortable as you’d expect for Toms brand. The color is a nice light neutral for fall and I like that the heel isn’t too high, which makes them comfy. I also like that the size went up to 12.
Mindful Buyer –
I ordered these in a 7.5 for my daughter. For reference we recently bought her a pair of Brooks Ghost in a size 8. Both these boots and the brooks are a slightly big on her (she has a long skinny foot) but run similar in size. These are a little wide for her across the ball of her foot but again, she has a skinny foot, so I would say they would be perfect for average width feet. She loves the style of these for school! She’s worn them with skinny jean and bootcut/flares and they look cute both ways! I’ve cautioned her not to wear them in the rain as they are suede and while it may not totally ruin them, being such a light color I’m sure it would leave water spots on them. She says they aren’t very cushioned but again, she’s used to wearing sneakers most of the time. We are going to try putting a thin cushioned insole in them to help. Overall these are a winner!!
Boymom –
These shoes are true to size with the Tom’s brand if you’ve have other shoes from them. They look great and are comfortable. The quality is also good as expected from the brand. The suede is nice and short and should be easy to clean. I spray a protective cover on the shoes which hasn’t stained them.
The zip and unzip on both sides of the shoe so its easy to put on and take off one foot at a time while standing. Easier if you sit down of course. Overall they’re great shoes!

These Toma boots are cute, comfy, and versatile!!! I’m normally a 8.5 and opted for an 8 bc sometimes I like to put in insoles for more cushion. But these actually fit fairly well and I’m not sure I’d have enough room for insoles, I think they’d be too tight. So I’m gonna go with them being true to size.
They go great with shorts, skirts, or pants. They’re in between a beige and grey .. but more beige-y. Just depends on the lighting.
Overall I’m happy with these.
Boymom –
I wear 6.5 and ordered 6.5. They have enough space to wear regular socks (not thick ones.) Tussles are bit long so I must zip up all four zippers. I prefer to keep zippers down for easy slip on/off. Especially I ordered these for my next Japan trip (must take off shoes often)
Seems like the shoes don’t bother my broken pinky toe much. Again if I could keep zippers down, it will help my broken toe more space and offer less pressure.

These are stylish and comfortable. I normally opt for a wider boot when there’s a taper, but the regular width doesn’t make my toes feel cramped. I haven’t worn these walking around town, so time will tell how comfortable they’ll be long term. I’ll update my review if they aren’t.
Mindful Buyer –
My daughter has really wide feet and will sometimes have to size up to get toe wiggle room…TOMS never have that issue. These boots are a perfect fit in her normal size of 9. There are zippers on both sides of the ankle giving the boots easy access (with a high arch sometimes getting in ankle boots without enough give at the top is problematic) and the detail of the two zippers is really cute. These boots are just the right height to wear with pants or a skirt or tights. The suede and fabric blend gives black boots a nice detail that levels up their look. Overall a great shoe for fall and winter!

I got these to wear with a costume for dancing since the style and black color are perfect with my outfit. These were tight and very stiff when I first tried them on but after some breaking-in time they are becoming pretty comfortable as long as I wear thin socks. I walked over 4 miles in them this weekend (including two dance performances) at a festival and they held up pretty well – I couldn’t do it two days in a row, but I also don’t think they are quite fully broken-in yet and might be able to do a full festival weekend soon. They do still feel a bit tight in the toe-box. The two-side zipper concept makes them easy to put on and take off, but is not comfortable on the ankles if you sit cross-legged on the ground. They look great with skirts or dresses, especially witchy-themed ones for Halloween.
