Amazon shipped these boots in shrink-wrap plastic, but Pelzer Shoes want them returned in an outer box. I don’t keep boxes around so I have to go out and buy. one, package it, then go to UPS. I have learned my lesson: Never buy from a seller other than Amazon.

These werw uncomfortable. I returned them om October 18th. I have not recieved a refund nor heard anything from the seller! I am very dissapointed! I haven’t had problems when ordering on Amazon until now but this is a lot of money.
