I paid $180.00 for these slippers a few months ago. I was surprised when they arrived to learn that I had to pay an additional $35 at the post office for duty! I thought everything was included in the price I paid already. I’m glad they fit, because I wouldn’t get the duty back if I had to return them. They ended up being a pretty expensive pair of slippers so I was hoping they’d be good quality.
They were really comfortable at first but the fleece inside flattened within days of wearing them so I had to purchase inserts or they would have been loose and too hard on the bottom. The felt upper ripped within 6 months of wear. They definitely were not up to the usual Berkinstock standards.

After breaking the leather uppers in they are amazing comfortable but the soles seem to wear out faster than any of my other shoes

I had a pair of Birkenstocks over a decade ago and hadn’t worn them since. Saw a few friends with them and liked the style, so decided to get a pair. I bought the Tobacco color as I like it the best. The package arrived quickly and in good condition. The shoes were just as shown in the picture. I wear a size 9 US, so ordered the 40 which is the size I wear in Alegria and Dansko as well. These Birkenstocks fit perfectly. I am noticing they take a bit of getting used to as the supports are different than the Alegria that I normally wear, but after a couple days, my feet are adjusting. I still wear Alegria at work as I need extra cushion on the concrete floors. On my days off though, these are my new go to shoes. They look and feel earthy, which is exactly what I wanted. I may eventually splurge for some sandles too, but it’s winter now. I can wait.

Initially it takes quite a while to break into the Bostons. However, they are completely worth it. I recommend wearing them for short intervals on and off. Eventually they will mold to your feet and they become more comfortable as you wear them. The leather upper construction is high quality and durable. The bottom traction is a little slippery at first, but they somehow get better after more wear. Great to wear in the house or a quick run to the grocery store. Very versatile and convenient to slip into.

Wonderful product. Leather is soft and strong. Built in arches. Fit is half a size bigger. I wear 13 but would have gotten 12.5.

I have been emailing Birkenstock to madke their Buckley shoes available in wide/regular widths for over a year. SO Thankful I was finally able to find a pair on Amazon! I wear Madrid’s all summer, but need a closed toe option when the rainy season starts as my feet dont hurt when supported by the birk insoles! I love the black oiled leather, and these have a cute buckle detail, they look pretty good for Birkenstock comfort! yay for no foot pain!

This is my first pair of Birkenstocks. I am ki nda cheap so I usually don’t spend a lot of money on shoes bit these are totally worth it, plus I got them at a great price! At lot of review I read people complained how uncomfortable they were and how their feet hurt after wearing them. Nonsense, first off don’t wear them o. Day o e for 12hrs straight, in fact don’t do that with any brand new pair of shoes! I normally wear crocs at home, between kids and pets it’s safer to wear something on your feet. So I’ve been breaking these in, and I gotta say my feet feel to much better at the end of the Day! I love that they are easy to slip on and off as needed.
As far as fit I ended up ordering a 37 M. I usually have the but a size women’s 7 to allow most shoes to fit comfortably. I have wide feet and these shoes are wide enough I could order true to size, 6.5 women’s. High arcs and a wide toes box, are a great fit for my feet.
I will be ordering another pair soon in black for work! I am a RN and work 12hr night shifts so good shoes are critical in my line of work!

I work in a bakery, and have been wearing Birk clogs since very early 90’s. Up until then, I had worn your typical non-slip shoe, and my feet and back always hurt. The chefs I worked with at the time all wore these, the long hours on their feet never bothered them. I bought my first pair then, and have never looked back. They are a well made shoe, they fit perfectly, and no matter how many hours I work, my feet and back never hurt. I go through about a pair a year, and they are used and abused for that year! Don’t try the imitation ones, they don’t even come close. These are well worth the money.
