Betsey Johnson Women’s Sidny Sneaker

I love these shoes!!! I got them to wear to a “Sneaker Ball” because I wanted something fancy to wear with my black dress. These shoes are fantastic! Both attractive and incredibly comfy! I got so many compliments at the event, and now I wear them all the time with jeans, shorts, skirts, whatever. People always point them out and love them. Will wear these for a long time just because they are fun and really easy to wear. I wear a size 7 in regular shoes, but got a 7.5 for this purchase, and they fit perfectly.

Note: I re-did the lacing structure after wearing them around a while. I have pretty narrow feet, and in order to keep them tightly fitted, I had to switch to using the “over-under lacing” technique. They came with the crossover lacing technique, which didn’t allow me to pull the laces as tight as I needed for an ongoing good fit. One thing I would do if I wore these to another sneaker ball is to purchase fancy gold laces to add some flair. They come with standard, fairly thick white sneaker laces, which is fine.

The product photo pretty much says it all. They’re sparkly and lovely. Also very comfortable. Seems durable.
The sparkles don’t fall off. At least not yet. I wore them to a concert, walked all over town, and felt great. Be pretty! Skip the heels for a night or two and wear these instead! Oh, the sizing – I ordered half a size down from my normal size and they were perfect.

I’ve been trying to find a cute pair of sneakers in this style for a few months now. I’ve been returning them pretty consistently.
When I found these glittery tennies by Betsey Johnson, and the relatively good reviews, I got excited but was a little tentative.
I ordered the Rhinestone in a size 11. I typically wear a 10 or 10 wide, depending on the style of the shoe, so I decided to size up. And, I am glad I did. My left foot is the smaller of my feet, so the shoe is a little bigger on my left foot, and my left heel slips a bit but not much. I tied it a little tighter on that foot and it’s good. The right foot is great with a lot of room at the toe.
They are so glittery!! I absolutely love that fact. The ties are a little bit plain so I may try to find something a little nicer, but if I don’t, it’s fine, they’re fine.
I haven’t worn them yet. After I wear them for a couple of hours, I can update my review. Right now I feel like they will be plenty comfortable, because others I’ve tried haven’t even been good out of the box, including a pair of leather Keds. I don’t plan on using these for hiking, but I still plan on using them for considerable amount of walking depending on what I’m doing when I go out.
I took off one star only because they’re not so comfortable that I am super excited about wearing them for long periods of time.. so we’ll see.

Just received my Betsy Johnston sparkle runner. Normally wear a size 9w, but the 9m fit nicely. Feel comfortable on the feet, and will feel better once they warm up, as cold/ snowy today. Can’t wait for the weather to warm up, so I can wear them.

I LOVE these shoes. They are so fun and super comfortable. Fit my normal shoe size.
