The prickly pear shoes are so pretty I couldn’t resist them. I also purchased the buffalo pattern a few months ago and they are just as beautiful. The tops of the prickly pears look like a vibrant water color on canvas. The buffalo has a distressed kind of appeal. For both, the colors are true to the photo.
I got a size 8 in the buffalo to wear when it’s too cool not to wear socks. I got the prickly pear in a 7.5 for warm weather when I don’t like wearing socks and dress in more colorful summer outfits. I have a somewhat wide foot and generally order an 8, though I’m technically a 7.5W. I have no problem getting a good fit in Ariats if I base my size choice on whether I’ll be putting socks on my feet. Also, the shoe’s lining makes not wearing socks ok.
The leather is thick and simply beautiful! There is a lot of cushioning in the foot bed, so the shoes are comfortable for hours of wear. And there is plenty of arch support, though I can’t speak to how good they might be for those with weak arches. And while they are a somewhat casual design, they can be dressed up to look sweet with a skirt or a western style dress.
I love Ariats. The quality is consistent, as is the fit. These would be ideal for travel as they are light and flexible, yet tough and comfy for long walks and long days.
Watch the prices. They can vary by as much as 33%. However, even at full price, they are worth the expense. These will last for several seasons.

So I thought I was ordering Hey Dudes but once I slipped them on I was not disappointed. They have more cushion in the insoles than Dudes. They are super nice looking. I can’t wait for some cooler weather so I can wear them more.

Yall don’t read all the reviews and decide not to get a pair because what others say about size and fit like I did for months. I wear 9.5. I ordered 9.5 and they fit like a glove, perfect! So excited for prime day and got a killer deal on two pairs. I’ve already ordered my next pair now too. They’re really nice and comfortable. Plus it’s Amazon, try them and if you don’t like them then just return them.

I bought a pair a few years ago from a local store, they were expensive, but comfortable and cute, they wear well. Was needing another color so I was pleasantly surprised at the price on Amazon, so I ordered two pairs! Different colors. Got these today. They also fit true to size and are light and not bulky. Husband always wore ariat shoes/boots to work and after trying many different brands and being on his feet all day, ariat was the one he stuck with.

These are so comfortable right out of the box! Took them on a trip immediately and didn’t have any foot soreness or blisters (even with miles of walking). These are my go-to shoes!

Très beau soulier, mais j’ai commandé une taille 6 us femme, et j’ai reçu une taille 8 us, très déçu car j’aime beaucoup le modèle et j’aimerais en avoir une paire de taille 6 us femme. Après 3 tentatives, j’ai jamais reçu un 6 , j’ai reçu un 8, un 8,5 et un 9, si y’a pas de 6 US, juste les enlever de dispo. Je suis au Canada, donc les grandeurs c’est en US.
