I paid full price and received a pair of worn-out shoes in a plastic bag, I had to send them back and buy a new pair for a higher price since they had now gone up. The refund will also take a while. This is unacceptable.

In all honesty this was a last minute purchase so we didn’t shop around much. Our son was asked to play as a guest GK in a futsal tourney with 4 days notice. Having taken the winter off from futsal to play ball we hadn’t gotten him a new pair of indoor shoes and last seasons didn’t fit. I’ve always been a fan of Puma, so when I saw these at comparable prices to the no-name brands that you can find on Amazon I went with the brand I trust. These fit well and provided comfort. His impression of the grip on the futsal court was that it had the perfect amount of stick without the bulkiness of thicker rubber soles!
