It works amazing.
Long review:
This stuff is amazing for wasps. We had a few that were staying in a bush and couldn’t see the nest. Sprayed this all over where they were hanging around and came back the next day. When I came back, there was only a single wasp (as opposed to the 4 or more the day before). I then took the time to spray this at that wasp and watched it fall and die soon after. Not instant, but only took about 30 seconds and the wasp could not move.
Usage wise, there was a tab on these at the front that I didn’t quite understand at first. After reading the bottle, I just broke the tab and it began working great. Once that was done, you just aim and spray.
When spraying, I would advise you to be careful. This stuff shoots out way further than I thought. Was aiming at a bush and went through the bush onto the neighbors yard. I’d say it was about 10-15 feet. Just something to keep in mind if you plan on using this with others or animals around.
Content wise, this bottle will not last long at all. Gives probably 1 minute of continuous spraying. If you have a ton of wasps, grab a couple of bottles.
Aside from the above, I have kept this in my garage for a couple of weeks now and it still works flawlessly. No leaks, reduced performance, etc.
Overall, well worth the price and I will be buying this again when this can wears out.

I love this product, but I wish there was more of it. I’ve had to buy twice as many cans as expected to get the job done. Unfortunately, they’ve got me because I haven’t found a better option.
It works great, aims well, shoots easy and far, kills fast, and doesn’t get all over me. There’s no strong smell.
As I said before, it runs out too quickly and also, it spills back onto the ground and my garden, which I don’t like. I’d rather leave the friendly bees and flowers alone. Unfortunately, nothing is perfect.

I will be honest. I once always bought the cheapest insect killers I could find. They didn’t do the job like I had hoped. Well, you get what you pay for. Sometimes a product may cost a little more than other brands. Over the years I have learned that the little extra you may pay is worth it because they are the ones that work. So, I am not going to say here is the best bargain but, actually, it is a bargain unless you like to pay less and then just throw the product away. I really mean it, Hot Shot works so much better than the others and lasts longer too. It just took me a while to figure it out. It really lasts a long time. I have a covered back deck. Yes, it is protected from the rain. I spray around my screen/storm door in the morning, and it keeps the flies and gnats from flying inside the house when I go through the door during the day. I like that and that is what it is all about.

Really shoots far. Killed a hornet within a few seconds! Sprayed the grass area the hornets kept coming back to everyday and haven’t seen them since. However I have some other kind of bees (blk & yellow) swarming around an outdoor light fixture and it didn’t affect them at all. Not sure what type of bees they are though. Worked great on hornets!

I had two huge hornets nests around my property. I ordered this and it came very quickly. It was easy to follow directions and I sprayed those little nests. Holy Moley, those hornets flew out. ( and I ran) later on I took a broom and knocked down the nest itself.
They have not come back, but we are ready for them if they do come.! Reasonably Priced for a large quantity.
