No exaggeration, this device is completely useless for fruit flies. Yellow sticky pads and vinegar worked more effectively than this nonsense. After some 48 hours all of 4 fruit flies were stuck to the adhesive pad.
A bowl of vinegar, not even apple vinegar killed like 30 fruit flies during the same time period.
This product is garbage, avoid.

Drop in a sticky card, plug in an outlet and start removing gnats and fruit flies. I was impressed at how fast this flying bug removal system worked. Living in a wooded area away from the city we get the full experience of flying insects . We eat a lot of fresh fruit and are also in and out where motion lights come on after dark, so when we open the door gnats and fruit flies come to visit. This product removed the flies and gnats over night. NO noise or fan in the unit and it works great. The UV light is bright enough to use for a night light . AA+++++++++++

These plug-ins do work kind of. I am using them alongside “Super Ninja fruit fly liquid traps”, and my fruit fly problem is now almost 100% gone in less than a week. The 2 plug-ins I bought have caught 9 flies total in 5 days, and the liquid traps caught A LOT. I am placing the liquid traps next to the plug-in, so maybe the blue light it makes is helping catch more in the liquid traps but I’m not sure. Overall I’d say it’s worth trying out

I recently purchased the VEYOFLY Flying Insect Trap for my home, and I am thrilled with its performance. This product has significantly reduced the number of flying insects in my home, making it a more comfortable and enjoyable living space.
Highly Effective:
The VEYOFLY Flying Insect Trap is incredibly effective at catching various types of flying insects, including fruit flies, gnats, and common houseflies. Within just a few hours of setting it up, I noticed a substantial decrease in the number of annoying insects buzzing around. The trap uses a combination of UV light and a powerful fan to attract and capture insects, ensuring that they are caught and contained quickly and efficiently.
Safe and Non-Toxic:
One of the main reasons I chose the VEYOFLY trap is its safety features. Unlike traditional insect traps that use harmful chemicals and pesticides, this trap is non-toxic and safe to use around children and pets. I can confidently place it in any room of my house without worrying about potential health risks. This eco-friendly approach to insect control is a big plus for me and my family.
Easy to Use and Maintain:
Setting up the VEYOFLY trap was a breeze. The instructions were clear and straightforward, and I had it up and running within minutes. The design is user-friendly, and emptying the trap is simple and mess-free. The removable collection tray is easy to clean, and the device itself requires minimal maintenance, making it a convenient solution for busy households.
Quiet Operation:
Another impressive feature of the VEYOFLY trap is its quiet operation. The fan runs smoothly and quietly, so it doesn’t disturb our daily activities or sleep. I can leave it running all night without any disruptive noise, which is a huge advantage compared to other noisy insect traps I’ve used in the past.
Versatile and Discreet Design:
The VEYOFLY trap has a sleek and modern design that blends well with any home decor. It’s compact and discreet, so it doesn’t stand out or look out of place in my living room, kitchen, or bedroom. Additionally, its portability allows me to move it from room to room as needed, providing targeted insect control wherever it’s most required.
Value for Money:
Considering its effectiveness, safety features, and ease of use, the VEYOFLY Flying Insect Trap offers excellent value for money. It’s reasonably priced, especially when compared to other high-end insect traps on the market. The peace of mind it provides, knowing my home is protected from flying insects without the use of chemicals, makes it a worthwhile investment.
Conclusion:
Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the VEYOFLY Flying Insect Trap. It is a highly effective, safe, and user-friendly solution for keeping my home free from flying insects. Its quiet operation, stylish design, and excellent value for money make it a standout product. I highly recommend the VEYOFLY trap to anyone looking for a reliable and non-toxic way to control flying insects indoors – it truly delivers on its promises!

A fuir

I bought this June 2023 (it’s now June 2024). I was very impressed with how well it works! I got the two pack so one in my kitchen and one in my bathroom. I think maybe a three pack would be nice for the living room too since I know it’s my house plants that attract the bugs.
This caught loads of bugs! Fruit flies, gnats, regular flies, mosquitoes, moths, you name it! I think the placement plays a big role in its effectiveness so if it’s not working for you, try relocating.
I take away 1 start cuz it’s EXPENSIVE for a plug in piece of plastic. And if you have a lot of bugs (or a fly lays it’s lil maggot bby eggs on the trap like it did on mine) you will have to replace the sticky pad often. It definitely retains its stickiness though I just think after a while it’s best to replace.
Also out of the two pack, one of my plug ins completely stopped working early April 2024. The other one seems to be going strong but considering the price, it should def last years imo. It wasn’t just the light either, cuz If I pushed it into the plug, it would work. But without being forced to connect to the power, it was useless. What am I gonna do?? Tape it to the outlet? No thanks.
Regardless, these work GREAT when functioning! I recommend not only to you, stranger, but to my family (Ive raved about these). I’m planning on getting a few more even though it gave out on me.
