I ordered these in my regular size 38. I own about 8 pairs of Birkenstocks so I was pretty confident that they would fit in that size. They do fit, but for some reason they seem a bit larger than any of my other 38s. The slightly more generous fit isn’t a problem and I kept them, but I wonder if this is common in the Arizona model since this is my first pair.

I’ve worn Birks since the ’70’s, wearing them until they fall apart. Although pricey, they never disappoint! I have severe leg/back/feet problems and Birks are the only shoe that is a comfort to wear. After the first day or so of breaking them in, they fit wonderfully.

The oiled leather is my favorite upper and the Arizona is a classic style. They’re great. I have several pairs of Birkenstocks. This purchase replaces a pair of mine that must be 20 yrs old. I’ll still wear them. They just look a little rough, after that many years. That’s to be expected with a suede upper. (which is what my older ones are) I should get 30 years out of these before they look rough.

Brand new birks in black waxed leather upper and regular(wide) fit. Item arrived on time the next day. I really appreciate I got exactly what I ordered! With shoes and so many different options to chose from online, leather/birko-flor/wide/narrow/colors/etc, it can get tricky I guess and so I’m really pleased sandals came exactly as chosen, in brand new condition, original box. I wear EU size 38 and birks size 38 fits perfect. I opted for narrow width eventually as the regular/wide fit is unisex and my feet had room to shift sideways with every step. By comparison I found the narrow fit to be a better match to my women’s feet!

These are super cute and perfect fi, or so I thought. Unfortunately the leather is so hard I didn’t just get blisters they cut up my feet in multiple places. Also unfortunately they’ve been worn now so I can’t return them ☹️
