These are super cute and so comfortable from the second you put them on. I actually got them in narrow which I don’t normally do because the color I wanted was only available in my size in narrow, but I actually really like the fit of them. I’m sure the regular width would’ve been great too.
They’re kind of dirty in my pics because I’ve been wearing them everyday for about a month. The Birkenstock logo on the inside has worn off but that’s expected in my opinion. They’re a great price and I get a lot of use out of them.

These are excellent for the $. I have plantar facia and these work very well for me wearing around the house. For the $ these offer great support and durability. The material is very comfortable, not sure what they are made out of, but I’m surprised at how well they’ve held up.

I live in sandals. I have a pair that I wear in the house instead of shoes, I have a pair that I’ll wear when working in the yard or gardening. I pretty much have a pair for any occasion.
Not long ago, my neighbor started telling me I had to get a pair of these. They solved her husband’s foot problem, and they’re so comfortable. I thought ‘ok, sure….but Birkenstocks are ridiculously expensive, and I kept thinking back to when I was young and they were a hippie kinda thing.
So one day it was raining, I had nothing to do, and I look them up on Amazon. Lots of good reviews, and hey, not so expensive. Actually less money than some of my other ‘cheap’ sandals, so I figured OK, I’ll give them a try.
Once they arrive, I give them a try, and my first impression is: Man, these are way comfortable as long as I stand still and don’t move. Walking in them was OK, but they kinda hurt my feet after a little while. I tried them again on day 2, and they still took some getting used to, so after a few hours I decided to switch back to my other sandals. Those, that had always felt comfortable, didn’t feel so good…the Birkenstocks actually felt better when I put them back on.
Seriously, for $40, getting a pair of ergonomic, supportive, waterproof sandals is a steal. They do take a little bit of getting used to. If I rated these on day one, I’d have given them 2 or 3 stars. Now that I’m wearing them daily, definately a 5-star product.
As for size, I wear a 10.5 men’s US, and I went with a size 43, which fits perfectly, so the’re very true to size.

So far, I am very impressed by these sandals. I have worn the normal versions, but with the back strap … don’t feel like looking up the name of them … but these are super comfortable. The only thing I would say is that if you are a normal Birk wearer, you might find these a little sweaty/hot. The normal ones wick away the sweat better than these do. I am not taking a star away for that though because they aren’t supposed to do that. They are supposed to be waterproof, which these have been so far. Perfect for the beach, rain, or situations that your normal Birks couldn’t handle. — In short, these are not a replacement for the normal versions, but a great addition. Still crafted in Germany as well… great price. I will update as to the longevity later on… hoping they’ll be good.

I Bought two pairs in 2016 and usually wear, on the average, several weeks per year but wore them all summer this year.I had no idea they would be as durable for yard work, the beach, and running errands now 7 years later .It seems like the more I wear them they seem to get more comfortable .I am hoping Birkenstock fans keep buying them so I can find them on the shelf when I need new pairs in a few years.

I am on my third pair of these. I love how light they are and it’s nice to be able to get them wet without worry. I used to walk miles in these but haven’t done that in a few years. The one down side to these is that they have a weak spot right in front of the strap by the big toe. This area has torn on each pair of mine after several months of use so if you wear them a lot, you may need a new pair after a year or so unlike their cork and leather cousins.

For Father’s Day I was so happy to get these for my husband as I’m the only one who will shop for him😂. He’s ok with wearing his phome $5 sandles from Walmart 🤷♀️. I love those sandles for him bc he likes them & they are comfortable of which matters to us! The problem was he couldn’t wear them with many outfits.
I researched to find the best fit & sandle to dress him with all etier of clothing. These Birks Came upon me of course I chose these Birks & great price. Husband wears size 12 mens and they barely fit me womens size 9. Order at least 2 sizes up. Hope this helps someone!
